I’m sorry for disappearing but … this December hasn’t been the best month for me. Okay what am I saying, that’s my first lie of the day. This December has been nothing but ABSOLUTE SHIT, and it really is the best way to end my 2010. I don’t know if I can honestly say that coming back to Singapore was a mistake, but it sure didn’t make things better or me happier and I’m pretty sick of constantly coming back, only to be disappointed over and over again. Perhaps it’s the fact that I’m never here that people just tend to … take my absence and/or current presence here for granted. Either way, I’m just tired. I’m plain exhausted, really. This semester has been the most hectic for me and then after it ends, I am still bombarded with shit from all corners. And then break comes and I start to look forward to a holiday in Singapore, but even that gets totally fucked up.

I’m tired of this. I don’t want to hope and get disappointed anymore. I don’t want to love and then realise that it’s all one-sided. I don’t want to call this place home and then only feel loneliness and alienation. I’m done with all of this, and I’ve got much better things to do than to always be running after people and things that, really, are no longer part of my life.

So I’m closing this blog. I’ve got nothing to offer you anymore, besides depressed rants about my bratty self who refuses to acknowledge that everything she once knew and loved has moved on. I’m tired of writing that shit and I’m sure you’re tired of reading it. Maybe I’ll start another blog, probably on a much smaller scale and much MUCH less ambitious than what I’d originally planned for this one. But either way … my life is in a total mess and it’ll take me some time to reconstruct some sense of stability before I can even think of doing anything else.

I know you’ll understand, and I appreciate that. Maybe I’ll see you guys soon, maybe not. But hey, have a good New Year’s.

Oh my god I am as sick as a fucking dog. It started last month with a minor cough which, because of Melbourne’s bipolar weather, then became full-fledged phlegm hacks. Now … now it’s morphed into a severe case of Tonsilitis, and I haven’t been able to eat solid foods in over two days because it fucking hurts like hell whenever I swallow, even if it’s just water. Oh my fucking god I feel so shit, I can’t even really joke about it. -_-

You know what will make me feel 100000x better? A pair of satin lace-trimmed shorts to wear out and trick people into believing that I wear oversized granny panties that end after my top. This is deception fashion at its best.

HERE’RE SOME UPDATES, BECAUSE I’M UNDER THE FALSE IMPRESSION THAT PEOPLE DO GIVE A SHIT:

Been coughing phlegm for the past month already (how the fuck can my body contain so much goddamn phlegm, fuck) and then now I’ve just got a pretty bad case of tonsilitis, making it very difficult to swallow. -_- Well … … thank God my boyfriend’s away then huh HAHAHAHA (insert more hearty laughter) HAHAHAH lame.
Still working my butt off, and then whatever free time I have left is mostly devoted to checking up shit for my application for residency. Being an adult seriously sucks sometimes.
Haven’t thrifted in about a month, world reacts with shock and horror!
Very seriously contemplating on whether to purchase this pair of Opening Ceremony-inspired wedges or not because even though they look pretty fucking ridiculous, I AM FUCKING RIDICULOUS AS WELL.
Speaking of shoes, am stalking a pair of authentic Litas on eBay. If all goes well … … *snigger snigger*

Sorry sorry sorry about my recent disappearance. Things just got fucking hectic right after Arthur left, and there I was thinking that life would slow down once he flew off. -_- At least I’ve been ridiculously productive, what with craft/sad movie/Jersey Shore nights with Denise, earning the cash I need for my migration application, losing weight (fuckyehskinnybitch) … and bringing my sister (visiting from Singapore) around town. So yeh, it’s been thoroughly exhausting but fuckin’ sweet, and I forgot how much I’ve missed Samy until she walked through the arrival gates with a huge grin on her face.

Anyway the above pictures are from the bokeh night Denise and I had a week or so ago. It was only after about an hour of fiddling did we manage to succeed, and then it was an onslaught of shapes as Denise went crazy. And it really is quite easy, the only thing to note is that your makeshift lens cap should allow as little light in as possible. Especially loving the ones with cats and cocks – such fucking beautiful stuff.

About two weeks ago, Arthur and I took advantage of the sun and ran off to Albert Park for a nice walk and some quiet time away from the city. Just one of those days when you need to chill the fuck out under the sun, you know? And I swear to god, sometimes the sky can be so blue that it’s unreal. Am getting so used to it that I’m afraid I’ll never be able to live in a country with no proper blue sky ever. :/

Anyway, today’s just gonna be a chilled out day at home clearing my ever-increasing To-Do list (procrastibation = procrastination + masturbation much?) and reading up on bokeh for the craft + sad movie night Denise and I have planned. It seriously still feels kinda weird to actually have like-minded female friends to hang with in Melbourne, but in the best way possible because it makes Australia this much more of a home.

I’d blogged about Leviticus Jewellery before in one of my DIY posts on Tumblr, when I’d (surprisingly) successfully completed my own web chain bracelet as inspired by this one. Because really, making your own shit > paying USD58 for a couple of chains linked together in a pretty pattern. But with its massive sale on now, I’m eyeing several products with my right eyeball and my debit card with my left … so I pretty much look like a fuckin’ Downs kid now.
